How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Our products are made to order, which means it takes about 2-5 business days to process the order, once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You could receive your order within a week, it simply depends on the shipping method you choose.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all countries except Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea because of legal restrictions/shipping carrier limitations.
What is your Return Policy?
Because we are a small business, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
However, if you would like to return your item for any reason, we would like to know. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We are working with our manufacturer to offer eco-friendly materials (shout-out to organic cotton, bamboo, hemp and clothes made out of old water bottles!) Although, in the meantime, the ink, packaging and manufacturing methods have the highest standards of sustainability and waste reduction. We have selected our manufacturers with this in mind.
Our inks are water-based and eco-friendly. This makes them feel much softer than traditional graphic tees but just as durable.
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Our tees are manufactured by BELLA+CANVAS. They dye all of our fabric in California at dye houses that use 7x less water than the average clothing manufacturer. Their sewing and cutting facilities run on solar power. And by the end of 2019, they’ll have a 450,000 square foot solar farm to further our commitment to clean energy. All the buildings at their headquarters are equipped with motion-sensor LED lighting, which uses nine times less energy than traditional lights. They also don’t let any fabric go to waste. Anything that isn’t turned into a BELLA+CANVAS product, is picked up daily and taken to different recycling centers. The fabric is then recycled into different things like tile, bottles, stuffing, upholstery – even energy!
